2 Way Drier for use when you need a job out the door a little quicker. Liquid form of Cobalt and Manganese for top and bottom drying. Use at 2-3%, so this little bottle will go a long way. Relatively easy to use, just mix a few drops or the end of a small ink knife (if you don't have a scale) into the ink on your mixing table, stir well and you're good to go. Don't leave ink idle on your equipment.
