Southern Ink Neon/Fluorescent base inks include PMS 801-807 manufactured by DayGlo. They are modified by Southern Ink to offer the same stay-open and drying properties of all of our inks. Great for adding a little POP to your job! Fluorescent ink pigments have the ability to absorb ultraviolet energy and re-emit this energy in the visible spectrum almost immediately. This causes them to appear very bright in daylight conditions.
